I would like to say that everything about my vacation was amazing. The price was just right and me and my husband couldn't have found any better of a place. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were a comfortable size making it more of a 5 star hotel. The activities were well planned and very organized. I would not even hesitate to reserve another room and make another great vacation. Thank you to all the staff, making it the great place it is.

Hi there! I booked a room at Cozumel & Resort for the IM Cozumel. I'd like to tell you that the service was perfect. The staff at the Hotel was very kind. The waiters are all very kind too. My daughter (only 3 years) loved to stay at Cozunel & Resort. I will race, next year the IM Cozumel and i´d like to know when a can make an reservation for the next year. thank you very much! We led a group of 18 divers to Cozumel on Sept 15th to the 22nd. This was our 3rd stay at Hotel Cozumel. Dive safety is very important to us. Dive Paradise operates out of Hotel Cozumel and we found them to be a fun and safe operation. Their boats carried all the safety equipment and all was in working order. Our Group all loved this beautiful hotel and the all inclusive package. They pool is huge and has its own food and beverage bar, which was just right for a afternoon of water vollyball. During this recent visit i experianced a case of the bends. I asked Dive Paradise Manager, Angel about it and he called the doctor who was there within 10 min. to examine me. He then took me in his private vehicle to the Chamber for my first treatment. Everyone showed great concern and helped me to get the proper medical aid, and follow up on my condition. When i had to stay 3 extra days before flying home The staff arrainged for us to remain in our same room. We look forward to leading future groups to Cozumel and we would not consider staying at any other hotel or diving with any other dive shop.

I'm excited and looking forward to see my second family in Hotel Cozumel, I go there every year by the last week of October and I really dont want to return back home. The cooks, waiters, dancers the whole staff is wonderful and always happy to see you and never forget your name. The Hotel Cozumel is not a 4 star hotel for the people that is use to luxury but the employees make it a 5 star hotel. see you soon my friends.....
